Made entirely from a relatively obscure Rhone grape called Counoise (most often used for blending and balancing GSM cuvees), this single varietal wine is all about the aroma. Bury your nose in the mouth of your glass and find open meadows blanketed in wild flowers just after a light rain. You will discover a wide array of perfume scents as if from glistening petals while boysenberries and currants grace your palate. Your senses will be dazzled.
