You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase or receive shipments of wine. In submitting an order the buyer is representing to the winery that the buyer is at least 21 years old. Please keep in mind that somebody 21 years of age or older must be present at the delivery address to sign for your shipment. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine. By placing an order, the buyer authorizes the winery to act on the buyer’s behalf to engage a common carrier for delivery to the buyer’s destination. Pricing and availability is subject to change. All sales are final. Additional shipping charges will apply for orders that are returned to the winery by the carrier for failed delivery.
SHIPPING POLICY: OYL can currently ship only within the state of California. However, as a convenience to our out-of-state customers, we can utilize a concierge service / shipping fulfillment warehouse to deliver wine to you when wines are sold and title passes to the buyer within the State of CA. This service is not available to residents of AR, AK ,AL, DE, HI, KY, MS, OK, RI and UT. Because all sales transactions occur in Paso Robles, you will be charged California sales tax for Paso Robles, CA which is currently 8.0%.
PICKUP POLICY: You may opt to pick up your wine to avoid shipping charges. We would be happy to hold your wine at our warehouse. You may also make alternative pick-up or shipping arrangements. Please notify us of your intentions. The winery reserves the right to ship, at member cost, any wine not picked up within 60 days after customer has been charged for wine.
